“Savernake Light” Autumn Workshop - November 16th 2025 - Tutors Stephen davis and Nathan Hollingsworth - £150 - Maximum 6 Participants

After the success of this ‘Savernake Light’ workshop last year we are very happy to continue to offer this workshop, focussing on developing skills in Woodland Photography, in the wonderful Savernake Forest in Wiltshire.  Living close to Savernake we have both developed an intimate knowledge and understanding of the seasonal moods and atmosphere of this remarkable ancient Forest.  It is a truly inspiring and stimulating place. We invite you to come and join us and to immerse yourself in one of the jewels of the British Landscape.

You will have the opportunity to photograph some of the oldest Oak and Beech trees in Britain.  While these ancient trees are genuinely special, what draws me back again and again is the diversity and character of the Forest which lends itself so well to exploring and developing your understanding of woodland composition.  Whatever the weather the light at this time of year is always rewarding. We will both be on hand to provide guidance and share our knowledge of the Forest, and to support you in your own exploration of Woodland Photography, to whatever level you are interested in.  We will focus on finding and refining composition, in an often complex yet fascinating environment.

Clients are liable for your own health considerations.
